A LITTLE KINDNESS
When I get millions I would help the roadside beggars, build a home for them, and ensure they won’t lack anything. These were the thoughts I have been carrying in my heart and hoping to bring to life whenever I see roadside beggars or the less fortunate approaching different vehicles at traffic points. One time I had seen a five-year-old running after a moving vehicle till he caught up, he has hit the jackpot I thought while peeping through the windscreen of my transit. The next thing I saw brought tears to my eyes, the owner of the shouted at the little boy for touching his car and rained all kinds of affront on the boy’s future. This boy different frown or mutter any words, he just wiped the car with his worn-out cloth apologetically with a smile. But something else drew my attention, someone from the back seat of the car reached out to the boy and shared his snack with him. It wasn’t the man’s wife or someone older but a kid his age did something that a nineteen-year-old me was waiting to get millions to act and likewise every one of us reading this. I realized that you don’t need to own a lot before you help someone nor do you need to be in the right position. A glass of water, a pack of biscuits, some pairs of old clothes or shoes, even a sleeping bag could bring a smile to their face. If you’re traveling add some snacks to your list, handout as much as you can, if you’re afraid your gifts would be used against you then pray before doing it.

Do something good today. Do another tomorrow and next tomorrow and continuously. Watch your life become peaceful.🖤
Thank you.
